What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process adjudicated claims received from CMS and troubleshoot any errors
- Verify demographic information in the software for accuracy
- Collaborate with practices and vendors to resolve inconsistencies and errors
- Support validation of check runs ahead of financial disbursements
- Address customer inquiries related to assigned accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong background in accounts receivable and understanding of Medicare billing
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS Level II coding guidelines
- Ability to navigate healthcare industry rules and regulations, including HIPAA
- Experience with ambulatory practice billing processes and operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7+ years of billing and coding experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira, and Tableau
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Licensure as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Professional Biller (CPB)
- Bachelor’s degree in health-related services
