Handle project coordination duties for Customer Success Delivery package engagements (100% of the role).
Collaborate internally with the global Customer Success Delivery team as well as other internal teams when needed
Create and consistently update Customer Success Delivery project documentation (tracking sheets, customer status emails, internal status documentation) in appropriate repositories.
Assist to track and assign resources for Ask An Architect sessions (part of the CSD package).
Provide accurate updates on project progress to customers and SailPoint management.
Assist with review and provide recommendations for modifications to internal coordination processes.
2+ years of professional work experience as part of a Software, SaaS, or consulting company, including 1+ year of project coordination experience.
Excellent organization, communication and multi-tasking skills. Experience working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Capable of maintaining strong relationships
Experience with essential project coordination duties (project planning, managing budgets, monitoring project scope, owning stakeholder communication, and risk management)
Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and geographies

What You’ll Do:
Project Coordinators at SailPoint begin with a structured onboarding and mentorship program to familiarize them with our SaaS Customer Success Delivery model. Within 1-2 months, the Project Coordinator will begin coordinating the tasks associated with the Customer Success Delivery (CSD) package offering – presenting customer kickoff calls, assisting with resource coordination, coordinating with internal teams and customers regularly, tracking progress and deliverables, maintaining task status. After 6 months, the Project Coordinator will have demonstrated a strong understanding of our delivery methodology and is able to lead the standard CSD coordination activities.
