What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using standardized tracking and reporting systems
- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring they meet all contractual obligations
- Conduct regularly scheduled status calls to update stakeholders on project health
- Identify potential risks associated with the project and develop contingency plans
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project progress, decisions, and risk management strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years Project Coordination experience
- Experienced managing Cloud and/or Cybersecurity service delivery projects
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experienced with Microsoft Project Plan and/or Jira
- Experienced with multiple project management approaches including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Preferred candidates will understand the complexities of procurement vehicles (AX/SHI.com/CRM)
- CAPM, PMP, or other relevant project management certifications or willingness to acquire within 12 months of hiring
