What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support fulfillment for delivery services and ensure compliance with drop-off expectations
- Conduct photo reviews of Dasher photos to assist in training a machine learning photo verification model
- Grade and review drop-off photos taken by drivers
- Input photo scores into the platform for machine learning model training and driver ratings product development
- Engage with Dashers and customers to enhance drop-off instructions and improve delivery success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Understanding of Excel formulas, formatting, and data entry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented work ethic

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with pivot tables, data cleaning, and experience with pre-built queries
- Previous experience in monitoring parcel delivery or fraud compliance
- Background in data entry within logistics or as a coordinator
- Experience in consulting or data analytics related to goods delivery
