What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer segments for electric motor products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Drive sales activities from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and sales materials
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the local sales team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Proven track record in medium voltage electric motor sales and/or business development
- Experience managing complex sales processes with international customers
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in German is a plus
- Previous experience in the electric motor industry or related sectors
