What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate resource needs and address workload gaps or excessive workloads
- Manage projects and engage in design
- Represent the company in client communications and marketing activities
- Prepare agreements and communicate with project team members
- Responsible for the financial performance of projects and addressing changes in scope and schedules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 4+ years of experience in the field
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent analytical and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil3D, Geopak, and/or graphic software
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications
