      We are seeking a full-time, remotely based Photography Lead to support Coldwell Banker’s Listing Concierge program. This position is responsible for management of the photography portion of the company’s Listing Concierge program, which includes 90+ photography partners/vendors throughout the United States. Position is responsible for managing the photography sector of the company’s program, including maintaining professional relationships with several national photography vendors, ensuring that photography customer service issues are handled in a timely and professional fashion. This position also requires the individual to act as a liaison between the sales associate and various vendor partners. The Listing Concierge program is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders with a primary focus on exceptional customer service. The Design Concierge program is responsible for creating custom branding for the company’s real estate agents.

      Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.

      • Listing Concierge photography program management responsibilities:

        • Helps oversee and manage Listing Concierge photography budgeting.

        • Provides customer service support to sales associates when photography issues are escalated.

        • Vendor zip code and profile management within the Listing Concierge application.

        • Maintains healthy relationships and open lines of communication with 90+ third-party photography partner vendors.

        • Communicates issues to the Director of Listing Concierge, regional Field Marketing Manager(s), regional Field Marketing Director(s) and in-house staff as needed.

        • Vendor management, which includes managing the photography budget and determining the need for new vendors in each region as well as creating, negotiating, and renewing contracts.

        • Schedules quarterly meetings with current photography vendors to discuss any outstanding issues.

        • Conducts bi-annual meetings with the field teams to discuss vendor status/issues.

        • Creates a successful tracking process for incoming photography customer service issues that, at the minimum, tracks date of issue, region, agent name, issue, error type and final resolution.

        • Tracks usage by vendor and region on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

        • Actively works on removing low-performing, high-maintenance vendors.

        • Works with the National Billing Manager on invoice inaccuracies, issues, and questions.

        • Works to help enhance the photography product portion of the program to make it even more effective and efficient for the Listing Concierge team, photography partners and sales associates alike.

      Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of prior management experience

      • 5-7 years of customer service and administrative experience

      • Prior real estate experience preferred

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong professional relationships

      • Accuracy and a strong attention to detail

      • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively

      • Ability to follow direction and utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills

      Compensation Range:

      $50,000 - $55,000; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
