We are now looking for a Project Management Office Lead to our Information Technology function.

This position is located in Helsinki Finland. In this role, you will report to the Senior Vice President, Information Technology and will be part of IT Management team.

You will hold both leadership and management role driving our Project Portfolio value and business collaboration forward with various IT and business stakeholders in order to succeed.

You are responsible for various project management methods and practices working on the priorities of the business to deliver value and provision capabilities as well as improving the overall agile and Project Portfolio Management maturity. Role has responsibility to oversee and integrate organization’s portfolio of projects, products, and structured work efforts ensuring business goals are being met. You will be closely working with Kemira’s Business process management and Enterprise Architecture to drive operational efficiencies and growth. Importantly you will be leading a team of experienced project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop Kemira Project Portfolio operations aligned with Enterprise Architecture and Business process management among with business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead project management processes, methods, tools, guidelines and standards in order to drive efficient and agile frameworks that supports all project teams and stakeholders to improve growth and operational efficiency targets
• Lead the development of agile practices and community to facilitate collaboration and best-practice sharing among the practitioners
• Build and maintain relationships with business and functional leadership as a key PMO stakeholder and acts as a trusted advisor in dialog with business roadmaps and projects with IT and business teams
• Work closely with ongoing projects in various business development areas, M&A transactions and IT projects
• Lead team of internal project managers and collectively develop and manage project management practices
• Active member of Kemira global IT Management team
