What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accountable for project level oversight of timeline managers to support customization of end-to-end study timelines
- Maintain communication with the business owner and timelines managers to ensure alignment and timely escalations
- Manage and facilitate risk mitigation and conflict throughout the project
- Collaborate with study team members and timeline managers to develop high-quality study timelines
- Provide project-level direction, guidance, and support on study level activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent required, preferably in Life Sciences
- Knowledge of global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research
- Demonstrated successful experience in project/program management and matrix leadership
- Clinical Ops experience preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Project tool and creating clinical trial timelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Project tool and creating clinical trial timelines
- Good communication skills
- Excellent teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in business English (oral and written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (MS Team, Word, Excel, and MSP)
