What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee various system projects and programs of high complexity within the healthcare sector
- Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring timely project completion and resource coordination
- Develop and maintain project schedules, labor forecasts, and resource allocations
- Manage stakeholder relationships, setting expectations and addressing issues as they arise
- Utilize knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ITIL frameworks to manage project risks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with Agile and KANBAN methodologies
- PMP Certification
- SAFe Agile Certifications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Medicare/Medicaid Claims/Encounter Submission Experience
