What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets for healthcare transformation initiatives
- Liaise with clinical stakeholders and obtain senior leadership feedback for service changes
- Lead healthcare system analysis and redesign projects, focusing on surgical process flows
- Implement and optimize Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and electronic ordering functionalities
- Ensure effective change management processes are followed throughout project execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with proof of degree
- ProSci Change Management Certification with proof of certification
- Valid Certification in Project Management with proof of certification
- Valid Certification in Program Management with proof of certification
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, including managing budgets and leading teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience managing changes to healthcare services, including stakeholder engagement
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare system analysis and redesign
- Experience implementing large transformational projects, particularly in service redesign
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leaders and clinical stakeholders
- Familiarity with electronic lab or medical results reporting solutions in a healthcare setting
