What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in state of Texas or similar federal/state project management
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading and managing legacy modernization projects
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of project management body of knowledge (PMBOK) and software development lifecycle methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP Certification
- 5 years of experience with the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework
- 3 years of experience with Texas statewide systems
- 1 year of experience with low code/no code solutions
- Familiarity with the State of Texas QAT process for major Information Resources projects
