What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on IT system performance, stability, and resiliency
- Facilitate meetings and identify root causes of IT-related problems
- Manage and oversee planned changes to ensure no disruption in production environments
- Create and maintain operational support playbooks and escalation procedures
- Analyze trends and report on vendor service availability and stability risks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience with ITSM/ITIL frameworks
- 3-5 years of experience creating and delivering technical analysis reports and presentations
- 3-5 years of working knowledge of IT system administration best practices
- Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage across diverse teams

- Familiarity with Internet technologies and operating systems
