What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Directly manage execution delivery of Accounting & Treasury projects, ensuring alignment with inter-dependent projects
- Oversee project governance, scope, schedule, resource, and risk management
- Facilitate stakeholder management and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with external consulting and implementation teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Present and monitor project status, anticipate challenges, and provide timely management reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale, complex projects, particularly in Information Technology for Accounting functions
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to hold team members accountable for project deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in project feature prioritization and backlog grooming

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with high-growth stage and biotechnology companies
- Agile CSM, PSM, or similar certification and direct experience
- PMP certification
- Knowledge of SAP Concur Expense and Detect applications
- Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems
