What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and drive project implementation, aligning with clients on key project milestones
- Document project activities and communicate weekly status updates to stakeholders
- Provide change management support and ensure effective adoption of new processes and technology
- Manage project expectations, scope, and financial performance against targets
- Coordinate multiple work streams to remove obstacles and ensure project timelines are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of project management experience, including software implementation skills
- Proficiency in various project management tools for coordinating complex projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. PST
