      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize project management methodologies to plan project timelines and milestones, track progress, and communicate project status
      - Recommend effective business process improvement initiatives and analyze program performance results
      - Ensure cooperation across the organization on tasks, issues, and projects, managing and resolving conflicts as needed
      - Assist upper-level management with special assignments, including budgets and financial forecasts
      - Oversee the daily implementation of projects with regard to timeframes, budget requirements, and quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
      - 0-2 years of experience in a related field
      - In lieu of a degree, 3+ years of experience in a related field
      - Strong analytical and communication skills
      - Ability to propose solutions to business issues utilizing appropriate analysis tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in health plan management or related healthcare experience
      - Familiarity with project management software and methodologies
      - Knowledge of cost/benefit analysis and flowcharting techniques
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
      - Experience managing conflicts and leading teams
