What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assemble project team and establish authority as project manager to achieve project goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects

- Ability to work collaboratively with project stakeholders and functional managers
- Commitment to adhering to organizational policies and procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management experience is highly preferred
