      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support project management by assisting in planning, monitoring progress, and communicating with stakeholders
      - Manage subcontractor and owner pay applications, including drafting and documentation
      - Monitor project adherence to schedules and budgets while generating change orders
      - Prepare and manage project documentation, including daily reports and quality control plans
      - Conduct field inspections and coordinate with various construction personnel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum 3 years of direct project management experience in commercial, civil, or federal government projects
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel
      - Experience with project management software, preferably VISTA
      - Demonstrated knowledge of federal government construction processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working on construction projects with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and/or the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC)
