What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee end-to-end blog ideation and publication workflows
- Collaborate with technical account executives, peer reviewers, and stakeholders
- Edit technical blogs and other materials to ensure adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage content input into the content management system (CMS) and route materials through the approvals process
- Facilitate communication among partners, leadership, and technical writers during content production
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in content/project management and editing roles, preferably in a tech-focused environment
- Proficiency with content management systems and tools such as Google Sheets or Workflow tools
- Advanced knowledge of AP style and brand editorial standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with technical writers and editing for a tech audience
- Familiarity with tools like DocuSign and peer review processes
