      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage project team's schedule and project plan
      - Lead daily sprint sessions and collaborate with the implementation team on sprint planning
      - Gather user requirements and document functional and non-functional business and data requirements
      - Assist with source to target mappings for data integration tasks
      - Test reports and analytics with business users and manage UAT activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong Project Management and Business Analysis experience (5-10 years)
      - Strong Financial Services experience (6+ years)
      - Prior project experience with Financial and/or Credit Risk and/or Regulatory (2+ years)
      - Ability to create source to target mapping flows (3+ years)
      - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Qlik Sense or similar Reporting Tools
      - Experience with SAP Data Services
      - Knowledge of Visualization Tools
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology)
