What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage large multi-faceted projects or multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop project plans to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team
- Document and drive resolutions to new challenges while delivering business results
- Prepare and maintain clear and concise activity/progress reports for stakeholders
- Assess project risks and proactively track participant progress against goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-10 years of project management experience, preferably in a mortgage or financial services environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, VISIO, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Ability to develop project plans and manage individual deadlines and goals
- Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, and trend analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills, including basic root cause analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Regulatory/compliance experience in a financial services context
- Master's degree in a relevant field
