What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation process for an average of 6 simultaneous enterprise projects, ensuring they are on-budget and meet internal success criteria
- Provide exceptional onboarding experiences for partners, contributing to a high Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, building trust and ensuring a positive experience
- Train diverse stakeholders on the product to achieve high adoption rates
- Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Product, and Marketing teams to support their projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in enterprise project management, successfully delivering multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience with the implementation of complex enterprise SaaS products
- Strong focus on impact, with a goal-oriented approach to decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, and Google Apps
- Ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot independently
- Familiarity with data analysis, including proficiency in CSV and Excel spreadsheets
- Deep empathy for stakeholders and a passion for enhancing their success
