What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Director of Project Management in ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion
- Transition new clients to the employer’s services while enhancing processes for existing clients
- Monitor billing, cash flow, and other operational areas to maintain consistency
- Promote best practices to encourage customer engagement and satisfaction
- Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to prioritize and direct projects effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Billing Software, or healthcare required
- Project management experience preferred
- Comfortable speaking in front of small groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel
