What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and review journal entries in compliance with GAAP and internal procedures
- Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and balance sheet accounts, ensuring proper documentation
- Analyze property-level financial reports and trends to identify irregularities and support operational accuracy
- Collaborate with property and asset management teams to evaluate financial performance
- Assist with multiple projects and ad hoc analyses while supporting external audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant experience
- At least 5 years of progressive construction and/or capital project management experience
- Proven expertise in estimating, scheduling, budget/cost control, and financial reporting
- Experience with basic computer applications, including Procore, Profiler, Excel, and MS Project
- Ability to navigate construction sites safely, including challenging conditions
