What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate resource needs with team members and other departments
- Manage projects, oversee and delegate tasks, and engage in project design
- Schedule and lead project meetings
- Prepare agreements and communicate project details to team members
- Responsible for financial performance of projects and proactive problem-solving
- Provide quality control and assurance consistent with company standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer, PLA, or applicable license
- 7+ years of engineering/industry experience with team management experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Knowledge of contracts, accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting
