      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Track and plan timelines, requirements, ownership, and status of current and upcoming projects
      - Facilitate project coordination, including meeting planning and follow-up on deliverables
      - Create documentation and communications related to ongoing projects and initiatives for change management
      - Collaborate with leadership and internal/external partners to drive strategic business projects
      - Manage and document Client Services projects to ensure clear ownership and expectations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience working on projects and processes with a focus on organization and efficiency
      - 3+ years of experience in Client Services, Retail, and/or E-commerce
      - Strong communication skills to convey information and ideas effectively
      - Ability to work flexible hours as needed in a contact center environment
      - Experience in tracking and managing project timelines and deliverables

      - Experience in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment
      - Familiarity with change management processes
