      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and support daily clinic operations, addressing patient concerns and ensuring efficient clinic flow
      - Lead the development and enforcement of policies, procedures, and operational systems within the clinic
      - Collaborate with advanced practice nurses to manage clinic schedules and provider appointments
      - Participate in community outreach and health fair events to enhance community health initiatives
      - Co-author research publications and reports related to clinic outcomes and data collection processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctoral degree in healthcare or related field preferred
      - Master of Science Degree in Nursing required
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience in a healthcare management and leadership role required
      - Current and unencumbered Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Certification and Licensure as a Registered Nurse required
      - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Evidence of performing in a nurse faculty position preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe, and Peoplesoft
