What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with Community Partners to facilitate smooth interactions and collaboration
- Organize and lead meetings to keep Community Partners informed about ongoing developments
- Collect outreach logs and event summaries from partners to track progress and impact
- Provide support to Community Partners in addressing local challenges, offering guidance and resources as needed
- Assist Community Partners in accessing program-developed outreach materials and ensure they have the necessary tools for success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in community engagement working with or for a community-based organization (CBO)
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with public speaking, events, and audience engagement, both in-person and online
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
- Valid driver's license, insurance, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel to attend meetings and events

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Biliterate in Spanish
- Knowledge of energy programs and experience with facility improvement contractors
- Experience working in education, training, and workforce development
- Proficiency in writing reports and business correspondence
- Experience with the Salesforce platform, Microsoft software, and Google Apps
