What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the overall strategy of the project management team and multiple projects' design, procurement, and construction
- Manage all aspects of client projects, including coordination with sub-consultants, sub-contractors, and site management teams
- Ensure successful project completion while meeting client expectations regarding cost, schedule, and quality control
- Mentor, coach, and supervise Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
- Conduct project meetings to facilitate progression and coordination among various teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of construction experience
- Minimum of 5 years of data center construction experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with telecommunication and mission-critical facilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Engineer certification
- Project Management Institute credentials
- Proficient with Procore Project Management Software
- Strong familiarity with construction and electrical codes
- Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills to complex project issues
