What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate all phases of the project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure
- Develop schedules using Microsoft Project to ensure alignment with project priorities and resource allocation
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and transparency
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for large-scale projects
- Oversee budget management and cash flow, identifying billing issues as they arise

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in a similar industry
- PMP certification or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of joining the employer
- Ability to manage a team of 12 through all phases of a $30+ million material handling project
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Calendar
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time
