What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee multiple capital projects and newly acquired multifamily apartments
- Assist in the development of the scope of work and due diligence for acquisitions
- Coordinate and share asset redevelopment plans with operations teams
- Negotiate and finalize the bid process, awarding contracts, and managing change orders
- Serve as the central contact point between the owner, design team, and contractors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of construction management experience
- Knowledge of technical construction communication language and documents
- Experience in cost forecasting, budget, and timeline management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

- Degree in Construction Management or related field
