      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee multiple Capital projects and newly acquired multifamily apartments
      - Assist in the development of scope of work and due diligence for new acquisitions
      - Coordinate and share asset redevelopment plans with operations teams
      - Negotiate and finalize the bid process, awarding contracts, and managing value engineering
      - Manage onsite construction and redevelopment projects, including reporting and approvals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of Construction Management experience
      - Knowledge of technical construction communication language and documents
      - Experience in cost forecasting, budget, and timeline management
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage senior management
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in Construction Management or relevant experience in a similar role
      - Demonstrated ability to use and learn new technology (e.g., software, cloud-based programs)
      - Experience in developing productive working relationships with various stakeholders
      - Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in team dynamics
