      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure projects remain successful, on time, and within the agreed-upon scope
      - Assist the Project Management Team with evaluating and mitigating risks and issues
      - Provide project visibility to organizational leadership and key stakeholders
      - Manage communication and updates regarding project status to both central and campus teams
      - Schedule and lead stakeholder meetings throughout project lifecycles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a member of The Summit Church or willing and able to become a member
      - Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
      - Understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge and ability to execute project phases
      - Strong project management skills, including planning, problem-solving, and organization
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current Project Management certification(s) or willingness to pursue one
      - Experience creating and maintaining project plans
      - Familiarity with Slack and/or Asana
      - Understanding of change management processes
