What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, execute, and adapt a diverse array of projects in dynamic environments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field
- Seven (7) or more years of consulting experience or equivalent public-sector experience
- Two (2) or more years of management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate ambiguity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data analysis tools/applications such as R or GIS
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and making effective decisions
- Capacity to connect with people on an individual level and in large groups
- Sense of humor and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Experience building relationships with clients and external stakeholders
