What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of electronic security projects from initiation to closure
- Oversee project communications, scheduling, and task management for technicians
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and satisfaction
- Coordinate and document all project-related activities, including design reviews and system programming
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in project management
- Deep knowledge of electronic security systems
- Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to comply with safety regulations and work in construction site conditions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction trades
- Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) certification
- Knowledge of Lenel, Genetec, and Avigilon certifications
- PMP certification from the Project Management Institute
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
