What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute interdisciplinary projects within the Federal market sector
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage relationships with stakeholders
- Oversee all aspects of projects including scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal and external project team members to ensure project success
- Provide senior management with updates on project status, budget, and client relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Architectural Licensure or Professional Engineer designation
- U.S. Citizenship due to the nature of the work
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in a project leadership or management role within the Federal market
- PMP Certification
- Proficiency in REVIT and strong understanding of Microsoft Project and Power BI
- Experience in business development and marketing activities with clients
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
