What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, execute, and oversee onboarding and implementation projects to meet customer needs
- Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
- Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders and communicate project status
- Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet specified standards
- Create and maintain project documentation for future reference and project closure activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in a technology or consulting environment
- Strong customer empathy and a technical mindset
- Ability to travel up to 25% for on-site customer work
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solving abilities
