What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the development and application of new technologies focused on Big Data Artificial Intelligence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, develop action plans, establish milestones, and provide status updates
- Manage and communicate key timelines and deliverables to execute on strategic initiatives
- Research new technology opportunities, investigate industry trends, and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Design and develop custom RAG pipeline for GenAI solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Econometrics, Operations Research, Quantitative Social Science)
- Proficient in manipulating and analyzing data from various sources and formats
- Excellent coding proficiency with expertise in Python, Java, R, etc.
- Knowledgeable of AI/Client models and frameworks (e.g., Keras, PyTorch) and libraries/packages/APIs (e.g., Scikit)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience working with GenAI models
- Ability to write code and identify techniques for RAG architecture solutions
