What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Enterprise Project Manager for the implementation of the ECM system
- Obtain subject matter expertise regarding case management for all agencies
- Collaborate and lead other program PMs to ensure successful implementation of the ECM system
- Communicate and participate in governance structures with executive leadership and stakeholders
- Establish plans to onboard program offices to the new ECM platform and decommission existing systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Seven (7) to nine (9) years of relevant experience managing technical initiatives with project teams
- Strong skills in budgeting, communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving
- Experience implementing Enterprise solutions
- High degree of business and technical knowledge
- Ability to start quickly and perform independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management professional (PMP) certification through PMI
- Four (4) year college degree or equivalent technical study
- Familiarity and experience with the Pennsylvania DHS
- Points of contacts (POCs) provided by the candidate
- Successful completion of a criminal history background check and Pennsylvania State Policy (PSP) PATCH report
