What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies for complex healthcare projects and products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project testing scope and acceptance criteria
- Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans, ensuring coverage for functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, providing timely solutions to keep projects on track
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by documenting and sharing lessons learned from testing activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance within the healthcare sector, specifically in patient identity and health information exchange
- Strong experience in manual and automated testing for healthcare systems, including system integration and data validation testing
- Expert knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical details to non-technical stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare data standards
- Experience working on government or defense contracts
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
