- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies for complex healthcare projects and products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements, define project testing requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria, and manage expectations.

- Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues. Provide timely solutions to keep projects on track.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on project status, milestones, risks, and overall progress, maintaining clear and effective communication.
- Lead testing efforts for healthcare systems, including overseeing test planning, test case creation, and execution across manual and automated test processes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring validation of patient identity accuracy, data integrity, and system interoperability across EHRs, HIEs, and other healthcare solutions.
- Lead testing for system integration between healthcare applications, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between disparate systems and platforms.
- Work closely with QA teams to define testing approaches, monitor progress, and ensure issues are addressed efficiently. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers as needed.
- Draft detailed test plans, scripts, and test results, including any defects or issues found during testing, and track them to resolution. Prepare final test reports summarizing test coverage, findings, and recommendations.
- Work with data management teams to create, validate, and maintain test data for testing scenarios related to patient identity management and healthcare data systems.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing insights on best practices for testing, patient identity management, and data quality in healthcare systems.
- Document and share lessons learned from testing activities to improve future project implementations and testing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience. Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance within the healthcare sector, specifically related to patient identity and health information exchange.
- Strong experience in manual and automated testing for healthcare systems, including system integration, regression, functional, and data validation testing.
- Expert knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficient with test management tools (e.g., Micro Focus ALM), automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Eggplant), and source code quality tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multiple teams, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify testing issues and root causes and devise effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, effectively presenting technical details to non-technical stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, development, and operations teams.
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare data standards.
- Experience working on government or defense contracts.

In this role, you will oversee and drive an extensive program's testing strategy and quality assurance processes. You'll develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to confirm data consistency, performance, and integrity throughout the process.
