What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively manage client communications and expectations
- Own the customer relationship as the primary point of contact during implementation
- Define and execute implementation projects, complete deliverables, and monitor results
- Develop and deliver training
- Collaborate with Product Management to recommend and deliver best-in-class solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline)
- 3-5 years of experience successfully managing complex software projects
- Experience in Agile software development
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience implementing SaaS and/or enterprise software applications
- Consulting experience for external clients
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
