What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee project management, including planning and coordination with implementing partners
- Provide technical support and act as a liaison between the employer and project partners
- Guide policy integration and collaboration across various thematic areas
- Monitor project progress and evaluate outcomes according to established indicators
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and capacity development for Country Offices and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced University degree (master's degree) in Public Administration, Policy, Economics, Development Studies, or related field; or a bachelor's degree with an additional two years of relevant experience
- Minimum five (5) years (with master's degree) or seven (7) years (with bachelor's degree) of professional experience in sustainable development project management
- Experience in results-based project implementation and coordination within international organizations
- Proven ability to develop and monitor work plans and budgets
- Fluency in English is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with UNDP policies and project management practices
- Knowledge of environmental governance and sustainable development
- Familiarity with donor institutions and reporting practices
- Experience in developing knowledge products and management strategies
- Background in collaboration with environmental agencies, such as the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (Swepa)
