What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple large engineering projects in the electric distribution industry, ensuring adherence to client requirements and performance indicators
- Maintain an accurate system for forecasting fee revenue on a monthly basis
- Ensure engineering practices comply with standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations
- Participate in sales calls and client presentations to support business development
- Travel to project sites and meetings approximately 30% of the time
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the electric distribution industry
- Proven experience managing engineering projects
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- General project management experience with skills in managing cost, budget, and schedules
- Ability to coordinate site walks as necessary

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university or an equivalent technical degree
