What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the implementation of assigned energy efficiency programs
- Serve as the client representative, ensuring effective communication and engagement
- Monitor progress against contract deliverables, program goals, and budgets
- Analyze data and make recommendations for program improvements
- Represent the employer at planning meetings with customers and partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of proven project management success, preferably in a matrix structure
- Strong interest in the employer's mission related to energy efficiency and sustainability
- Expertise in heat pump technology and event management experience
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with energy efficiency initiatives; BPI and CEM certifications preferred
- Experience managing an agile team in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing programmatic needs
- Familiarity with CRM software; Salesforce experience is preferred
