      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the maintenance and updating of the organization's greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory in alignment with established protocols
      - Manage the collection, verification, and analysis of emissions and ESG data to ensure accuracy and integrity
      - Utilize advanced data modeling techniques and dashboarding for tracking and analyzing GHG emissions and sustainability targets
      - Ensure compliance with relevant ESG frameworks and standards, preparing required reports for stakeholders
      - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in GHG inventory and ESG disclosure processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of project management experience with significant responsibility progression
      - At least 3 years of experience in sustainability/ESG and GHG accounting
      - Proficient in data gathering, analysis, and visualization with strong skills in Excel and PowerBI
      - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects from inception to execution

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD
      - Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively
      - Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
      - Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management
      - Familiarity with current trends in climate change and sustainability
