      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage multiple projects for existing and new clients, ensuring timely completion
      - Coordinate ongoing project calls with clients and vendors, overseeing all project aspects
      - Communicate plans of action with internal business partners and clients
      - Demonstrate product knowledge of TransFund offerings and execution requirements
      - Conduct on-site meetings with financial institutions to ensure project alignment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 5-9 years of related work experience or 11-15 years of related work experience
      - Thorough knowledge of the EFT processing industry or related experience
      - Intermediate experience in managing conversions involving financial institutions and data processors
      - Advanced knowledge of project management methodology and bank products
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing projects within the financial services sector
      - Familiarity with banking applications and operations/product delivery systems
      - Strong organizational skills and experience leading teams
      - Proficient in PC and software package skills, including online systems
      - Good interpersonal skills to motivate and promote team building
