What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage IMPE projects to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule
- Act as the client liaison, overseeing client and account management
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and project teams
- Prepare project reports and manage all project costs and invoicing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Project Management experience
- Strong client management experience with leadership skills in engineering or project management
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets and financials
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of working within integrated team environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the engineering consulting industry
- Working knowledge of civil engineering, pavement engineering, asset management, or GIS
- Ability to travel within North America
