What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and lead a team to implement recruitment strategies for the Justice Counts initiative
- Drive participation of 65% or more of all criminal justice agencies in Justice Counts
- Identify key contacts within states and agencies for outreach and recruitment
- Develop and deploy recruitment and outreach strategies to maximize participation
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the criminal justice sector

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least six years of professional experience in the field of criminal justice or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of experience managing staff and supervising remote teams
- Experience in political, grassroots, or community organizing campaigns
- Strong oral communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly
- Experience working with officials in state, local, or tribal governments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive knowledge of one or more sectors of the criminal justice system through research or personal experience
- Experience in data-informed practices, policy development, or technical assistance
- Proven success in developing strategic project plans aligned with organizational goals
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
- Experience advising local systems on systems change
