What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, implement, evaluate, and execute assigned laboratory clinical trials/projects, managing medium to high complexity trials
- Provide oversight and coordination of operational aspects of clinical trials/projects to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Manage multiple clinical trials/projects simultaneously from start-up through closeout
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables while addressing challenges throughout the trial/project lifecycle
- Lead client and team meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in allied health fields such as nursing, pharmacy, medical technology, or health science
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, record retention, and time management skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of ICH / Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage assigned responsibilities and foster strong customer service relationships
